Meet Cat

Catherine Castillo Cruz is a writer, educator and facilitator.

After shying away from saying ‘I am writer’ for too many years, she finally decided to take the stories inside her seriously and work toward publishing her first novel.

Talking to other aspiring writers, she realized that she wasn’t alone in being afraid to take the first step (and the next and the next) into the world of writing.

She created Bold & Bookish to document her journey and build connection along the way.
